The ingredients in the photo are the start of something really special….a sensational treat created by Chassie Bell of Forkin Healthy. (she’s my health coach and she is amazing). The way I make the recipe is so simple:
- 3 avocados
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1/3 cup of maple syrup
- 3/4 raw cacao
- a pinch of sea salt
- …..after gathering all of the ingredients – pulverize it in your Vitamix
