For the first edition of Wellness Wednesdays….DO WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY.
This week, I’m dedicated to my schedule of doing my “wellness” activities. I’m a virgo, so planning and having a schedule is KEY for me. Sundays/Mondays – take a walk, Tuesdays – meditate at the Chopra Center for their 4:45 class, Wednesdays – spin class with the kick-your-ass-party-til-you-puke spin instructor, James @ LA Fitness – Thursdays – kundalini at Soul of Yoga.
Yep – my schedule is insane and very planned out – but I LOVE throwing little things into my routine like, making something I find on Pinterest, jamming out to the song of the summer [Blurred Lines by Robin Thicke] really loud in my car to and from work, and burning incense while straightening up my house.
