My Core Values

I’m in the process of really thinking about what I stand for.  It’s been pretty eye-opening since I’ve been meditating for over 10 minutes each morning. I got 3 so far. 

  1. Treat all living things with kindness – ALWAYS.
  2. Eat Healthy – vegan when possible – have a diet filled with fruits and veggies
  3. Slow down and meditate everyday 

Obviously, I have a ways to go, but I’m ready to challenge myself to all of these things each day.
